I have it and I think its a waste of money

I've done it on my light days, or in the evening when I need a little something extra after sitting in front of my computer all day. However, Kari Anderon's REACH is far, far better. Also Bernadette Giorgi's Attitude Ballet and Attitude Tu. Yoga Booty is okay, not horrible, but there are far better workouts out there, in my opinion.

It's okay ... very average, nothing special. If you can get it in a trade, that's the best way to go. Otherwise, stick with something more solid, such as the Bernadette workouts that Jen mentioned.

YES, Bernadette! Her workouts are fantastic. Attitude Ballet and Pilates Fusion is my favorite.
