Have you heard the news? Cathe is filming a cardio series to go with STS. It sounds awesome ... talk about taking our cardio to new heights (literally, I'm sure). Here's the scoop, direct from Cathe:

MMA Boxing
50-ish minute cardio boxing program with a touch of MMA thrown in to give this workout a new twist (or jab, ha). MMA Fusion

Heavy Bag Bonus
This 20 to 30 minute super infused bonus workout starts out with practice punches, elbows, knees and kicks on the heavy bag. An upbeat 40 to 45 minute circuit workout that focuses on a wide variety of basic sports skills and fitness drills to keep the cardio coming in and the calories going out. Gym Jam
A 40 to 45 minute circuit workout that explodes with random exercise variety. Be prepared for anything and everything that you could possibly do in a gym—your home gym that is! I am very excited. After trying STS, I wanted to try some of Cathe's cardio DVDs but couldn't justify the per workout cost. This new series is a value like the STS strength series, and will fit together so nicely. I love the travel fit/ band workout as well.
There is so much variety and this is the best sampling of Cathe I could hope for so heck yes, I'm excited!

| I can't wait, too! Even those these sets are more expensive, they are so worth it ... and A LOT less than a gym membership, anyway. I let my gym membership lapse a few months ago and I'm not missing it at all! |
